* TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) for Clearing Energy Blockages * The Huna (Hawaiian) View of the World * Huna "Quick Healing" Techniques * Intro to Using Intuitive Tools TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) for Clearing Energy Blockages TAT, developed by acupuncturist Tapas Fleming, is a remarkably effective, simple technique for clearing energy blockages. Those blockages may have come from traumatic experiences, or they may simply be old beliefs (about ourselves and/or the world) that need to be released. The technique involves holding certain points on your own head while you focus on a series of intentions with regard to the issue you have chosen. This class will be an introduction; a handout will help you to use the technique for yourself in the future. The Huna (Hawaiian) View of the World Interested in a different way of seeing the world and the self? Not a dogma or religion, but an ancient practical wisdom tradition, Huna offers seven simple but profound fundamental principles for living; for example, "Energy flows where attention goes," "Now is the moment of power," and "If it works for what you want to do, it's a good principle/tool." Huna also offers a simple, very useful understanding of the self and of the levels of reality. This is an introduction, with opportunities for personal practical applications. Huna "Quick Healing" Techniques An opportunity to learn several quick Hawaiian healing techniques for body and mind. If you've just hit your finger with a hammer, there's a way to reverse the effects of the injury. Also, you can use a power point on your own body to bring healing to another part of you. And there's a powerful technique called Dynamind that can help create positive change at any level. All time-tested, safe, easy techniques; try them! In the Hawaiian language, "aloha" stands for much more than just "hello," "goodbye," and "love." Its deeper meaning is "the joyful sharing of life energy in the present." Living with the Aloha Spirit is a powerful way to resolve problems, accomplish goals, and achieve whatever internal state we choose for ourselves; it helps us to be more effective, as well as happier. Learn to shift your focus and direct your energy in this more productive way - and have fun as well! Intro to Using Intuitive Tools Do you like to make good decisions, but feel you're often "flying blind"? Learn how to use intuitive tools such as the pendulum, muscle testing and casting stones for prioritizing and making "yes/no" types of decisions. Learn about the I Ching, Tarot, runes, and a variety of card decks for more complex questions. Learn basic guidelines such as being specific, being grounded, and staying unattached to the outcome. Those with some experience and those with none are both welcome. Additional classes can also be scheduled in:
